Dear Pastor and Church,
Greetings in the name of the Lord as we present to you our report for April 2011. Generally speaking, the month of April was a good month for us. Whatever we set out to do went very well, without any hitch. The climax was at the Easter, when the attendance at the Mpraeso Baptist Church was 350. Twenty young men and women who grew up in the church, but had now moved to different parts of the country, came back home for Easter. Their attendance at the service that day created spontaneous joy among those of us who had lovingly nurtured them in the church. A 65-year old man, Kofi Badu, accepted the Lord during the month. In his testimony, he said he had previously never been to any church. But when he was invited to visit our church, the singing of praises to the Lord, and the preaching of the Word, moved him to accept the Lord at the time of invitation. He and six others will be baptized very soon. Please continue to pray for our health and safety in traveling. Also for our daughter Amma, 15, to enjoy good health, now that she is in boarding school, away from home. Our sincere regards to all of you.
